Terms of Service

1. The service

MyNexusBiz provides AI-assisted business tools — a content calendar, content repurposer, competitor analyzer, and review analyzer — together with the ability to publish content to social media accounts you connect. We also accept orders for custom advertising creative.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• One person or business per account. Do not share credentials.
• Tell us promptly at support@mynexusbiz.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Free trial and credits

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with a starting balance of AI credits. Each AI request consumes one credit. When the trial ends or credits run out, you need a paid plan to continue using the AI tools. We may change trial terms for future signups, but not retroactively for an active trial.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyNexusBiz to create or publish content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Is deceptive, including impersonation or misleading claims about products
• Is spam, or is published to accounts you do not own or manage
• Violates the terms of any connected platform (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, Pinterest)

You also agree not to attempt to breach our security, scrape the service, resell access, or use automated means to exhaust credits or bypass rate limits. We may suspend accounts that breach this section, and in serious cases terminate them without refund.

5. Connected social accounts

You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every account you connect. You remain responsible for everything published through your account, including content generated with our AI tools. Each platform's own rules continue to apply to your posts, and a platform may remove content or restrict an account for reasons outside our control.

6. AI-generated content

Content you enter remains yours. Output generated for you may be used commercially. We make no claim that AI output is unique — similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.

7. Payment

• Subscription plans are billed in advance for the period you select.
• Custom ad orders are quoted and paid per order.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days notice; changes do not affect a period already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, and features may change or be withdrawn. The service depends on third-party APIs; if a platform changes or restricts its API, related features may stop working.

9. Intellectual property

The MyNexusBiz name, logo, interface, and underlying software belong to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform. Your content and your AI outputs belong to you.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business decisions made on the basis of AI output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or that we are required to close by law. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to active users and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you may have rights under your local law that these Terms do not remove.
